The Local Government Practice Group focuses on serving the organizational, information technology, and management needs of local and state government agencies. We have worked with more than 400 government agencies throughout the United States. We understand the needs of public sector agencies, their fiscal constraints, and the commitment to serving constituents. Project work will include professional consulting services for the public sector, including Project Management, Technology,Organization development, fee and cost recovery analysis, GIS, Process Analysis, operational review, Systems Planning and Selection, and Implementation Oversight for large-scale computer system projects. Consultants work with a mix of high-performing teams in areas focused on Finance, Administration, Parks and Recreation, Community Development, Health Care, Technology Management and Public Safety offering constant varieties of projects in a fast-paced environment with many opportunities for career growth. In this role, you will demonstrate the right mix of business analyst capabilities and effective written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with many different stakeholders within local government. We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our growing Parks, Recreation and Libraries team to help lead our Level of Service (LOS) analysis efforts.  The LOS Lead will spearhead the approach to assess, enhance, and optimize the LOS provided by our clients. For this position, we are seeking an experienced certified landscape architect that has led LOS analysis and related duties in the public sector.  Experience in consulting is preferred along with experience in condition assessments of public amenities, GIS, mapping, and related skills for effective LOS analysis. Proficient use of related technologies specific to level of service analysis is required.   You will serve as a project manager while leading and supporting a wide variety of projects, from master planning and strategic planning to operational assessments and community engagements.
