BerryDunn is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our State Government Practice Group and support engagement services and workstreams for our Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) client. As a Project Coordinator, you will help coordinate project operations, maintain project management artifacts, support meeting logistics and documentation, and assist Guam Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPfMO) Portfolio Deputy Managers and project leads with workstream coordination, resource tracking, and project reporting.
The role requires coordination skills, strong attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, practical project management knowledge, and a collaborative approach to supporting complex health and human services initiatives. The successful individual in this role will be organized; responsive, adaptable, and comfortable helping teams track decisions, action items, risks, issues, schedules, and deliverables in a dynamic client service environment.
As part of initial client-focused responsibilities, the Project Coordinator will work within a Health and Human Services focused EPfMO team. The initial and primary focus will be supporting project coordination across workstreams, including meeting coordination and documentation, project documentation, calendar management, status reporting support, risk, action item, issue, and decision (RAID) tracking, and follow-up communications. Success in this role requires the ability to organize work across multiple workstreams, communicate clearly with internal and client-facing teams, and help keep project work moving forward.
You will work remotely or in one of BerryDunn’s offices. This position offers flexibility in work location, including fully onsite, hybrid, or remote arrangements. Preferred locations are Kapolei, Hawai‘i, or the western U.S.. The role requires working Guam Standard Time/Chamorro Standard Time (ChST).
Travel Expectations Travel can be 25 -50% depending on client and project needs.
The base salary range targeted for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on factors such as company and personal performance. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
