Looking for a role where organization, communication, curiosity, and teamwork make a meaningful difference? BerryDunn is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development team.
In this role, you’ll support proposal development efforts that help connect BerryDunn’s expertise with clients who need it most. Working both independently and collaboratively, you’ll prepare proposal materials, conduct research, develop graphics and proposal components, maintain critical business development systems and content, and help proposal teams deliver high-quality, responsive submissions under strict deadlines.
We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate can follow established processes with accuracy, communicate clearly, contribute fresh ideas where appropriate, and seek feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of their work.

This position may be based in Portland, Maine, one of our other office locations, or remote in certain circumstances. The Proposal Coordinator reports to a Cohort Manager within BerryDunn's Business Development Department.

The hourly rate for this role is $26-$30 per hour. This rate range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting. The hourly rate for the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
