Our State Government Practice Group (SGPG) is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Practitioner with deep expertise in organizational change management (OCM), training strategy, instructional design, leadership development, training facilitation, and individual coaching. This role will shape and deliver high‑impact learning solutions that strengthen organizational capability, improve leader effectiveness, and support workforce development across state government agencies and will lead OCM services on behalf of state government agencies for their major initiatives and IT projects.
You will leverage your OD and learning expertise to help clients enhance employee performance, build leadership bench strength, modernize talent development-focused training programs, and implement sustainable learning strategies. You will bring strong consulting skills, excellent facilitation capabilities, and the ability to create engaging, outcomes‑driven learning experiences.
You will apply your OCM knowledge and experience to support state government staff members with embracing and adopting changes resulting from various initiatives and IT projects. You will bring a mix of expert-level OCM capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, training skills, strong leadership and teamwork capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Travel expectation: Approximately 50% travel to client sites.

The base salary range targeted for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
