Overview

BerryDunn is seeking a specialized role for a contract with Scientific Games, LLC (SG) that is detail-oriented and highly professional for an Instant Ticket/Game Second Chance Draw Audit Manager. This role is integral to upholding the integrity and transparency of the second chance drawing processes, ensuring compliance with agreed upon procedures (AUPs) and internal standards. The Audit Manager will help ensure that SG adhered to specific draw procedures as specified by the Draw Procedures Document for each game for lottery jurisdictions.

You Will

· Work with SG Draw Manager to confirm draw schedule and be prepared for upcoming draws. Ensure draw procedures have been documented and are in place for each scheduled drawing.

· Review Draw Procedures: Carefully examine draw procedures prior to each scheduled drawing to confirm compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

· Observe Drawings: Attend and monitor second chance drawings (as an emergency backup), ensuring all activities are conducted according to established procedures.

· Onboard and Train Draw Observers: Lead onboarding and provide training to new draw observers, clarifying their responsibilities and ensuring their understanding of procedural requirements.

· Draft Agreed Upon Procedures Reports: Prepare clear, concise reports documenting adherence to agreed upon procedures for each draw, highlighting any discrepancies or issues for resolution.

· Prepare all associated and needed supporting workpapers and load into CCH Axcess system.

· Prepare Representation Letters: Compile and authenticate representation letters required for compliance and auditing purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Manage Principal, CPA, and Quality Control Process (2P): Coordinate all aspects of the review process between Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and Quality Control teams.

· Distribute Reports: Ensure timely distribution of finalized reports and documentation to stakeholders according to Scientific Games' Distribution Lists.

You Have

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, compliance, or lottery operations.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

· Familiarity with auditing standards and procedures.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.

Compensation Details

The base salary range targeted for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
