Overview

BerryDunn is growing! We are seeking a collaborative Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Culture and Engagement Team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and candidates - helping to ensure a smooth and positive recruiting experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for interview scheduling, managing candidate communications, generating reports, administering pre-employment assessments and background checks, and supporting the transition to onboarding for new hires. You will work a hybrid schedule from our Portland, ME offices and support a team of highly motivated, fast-paced and fun professionals.

Travel Expectations: This is a hybrid position with limited, event-based travel to career fairs annually, less than 10%

You Will

  • Interview Coordination - Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to organize interviews, manage calendars, and provide interview materials and schedules to participants.
  • Candidate Experience – Serve as a point of contact for candidates interviewing with BerryDunn, ensuring timely updates, a professional experience, and a positive reflection of the firm’s brand.
  • System Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), including candidate records, requisitions, and status updates. Produce ad hoc Talent Acquisition reports.
  • Partner with our HR Operations team to support the onboarding of new hires
  • Vendor and Event Coordination – Assist with campus recruiting events, job fairs, and early career hiring, managing logistics and maintaining an inventory of giveaways for events.
  • Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and recruiter support through process and system improvements.
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Talent Business Partner teams to support broader talent initiatives.
  • Perform various other duties in support of the Culture and Engagement team.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience providing support within a Recruiting, HR or professional services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; with a focus on professionalism and creating a positive candidate experience
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR or recruiting tools; experience with iCIMS is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • A strong inclination towards technology and a desire to use technology to streamline processes
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition and the candidate experience.

Compensation Details

The base salary range targeted for this role is $55,000 - $70,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
