Overview
Our State Government Practice Group (SGPG) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation project manager to assist our Project Manager across the Human Resource Management (HRM) and/or Financial (FIN) workstreams on behalf of our state government client in the State of Nevada. You should have experience managing teams and efforts to implement large-scale ERP solutions (e.g., CGI, Oracle, Workday, and/or SAP) and be willing to work in the Pacific time zone.
General travel expectation: 50% travel to the client site in Nevada is required (and for future projects, once this project ends).
You will apply your knowledge and experience to support our state government client in implementing its chosen ERP system (CGI Advantage 4) through helping to both support and direct the HRM and/or FIN workstream teams (depending on your skillsets/experience) comprised of state agency staff, working in collaboration with state HRM and/or FIN leads and our BerryDunn HRM and/or FIN Project Manager. This will require providing advice and guidance to our state government client and working in collaboration with the ERP system integrator (SI) vendor (CGI) and our BerryDunn-assigned team. You will bring a mix of expert-level project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership and teamwork capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary range targeted for this role is $80,000–$130,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
