About the Role:

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CTO will lead our transformation journey, overseeing Technology, Strategy & Innovation, Change Management, and the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The CTO will play a critical role in navigating the complexities of digital transformation and ensuring that technological and data science advancements align with strategic business goals. Their mission is to enhance operational agility, client value, and long-term growth through high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and competitive differentiation.

• Enterprise Transformation Leadership: Design and lead our enterprise transformation strategy, driving cross-functional initiatives that modernize service delivery, enhance digital capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.
• Technology Leadership: Provide strategic oversight of the IT function, ensuring a secure, scalable, and future-ready technology environment. Strengthen collaboration between technology and business teams to accelerate innovation and delivery of client-centric digital solutions.
• Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO): Oversee the EPMO to ensure disciplined execution, consistent governance, and alignment of strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
• Strategy & Innovation: Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation by embedding emerging technologies into core business strategies and operations. Develop and execute the AI strategy.
• Change Management: Develop and lead a firm-wide Change Management capability to promote smooth adoption, adaptability and organizational agility.

• Proven success in leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts across technology, business process, and people.
• Deep understanding of emerging and enterprise technologies, digital strategy, and innovation trends.
• Fluency in data governance, data management and analysis, Big Data, predictive modeling, and responsible AI.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise project management teams, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale initiatives.
• Expertise in establishing and leading best practices in enterprise technology management, governance, and modernization.
• Skilled at leading diverse, cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.

The base salary range targeted for this role is $230,000 to 270,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
