BerryDunn is excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Assurance, Tax, and Advisory Services Support team (ATATSS). This is a dynamic leadership role where you’ll manage and supervise a newly centralized team of Document Processing Specialists, helping shape the future of operational support for our Assurance professionals.
You’ll report to and work closely with the Director of ATAT Services Support and collaborate with key leaders—including the Quality Assurance (QA) Partner and Assurance Partners—to ensure our assurance professionals receive consistent, high-quality support. This is a unique chance to build and evolve a role from the ground up, bringing your ideas, leadership, and energy to a team that’s ready to grow.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with candidates required to reside within driving distance of our offices in Bangor, ME, Portland, ME, Manchester, NH, or Waltham, MA. May require travel to any of the above listed locations from time to time for employee support.
The base salary range targeted for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
