Overview

We’re seeking a Coordinator for our Outsourced Accounting Services Group to provide exceptional administrative support to our team across a variety of industries. In this role, you’ll manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion while showcasing your stellar organizational skills and attention to detail. You’ll have the flexibility to pivot between tasks, work both independently and collaboratively, and embrace opportunities for growth. This position is planned to sit in Portland, ME, Manchester, NH, Waltham, MA or remotely to support client work at these locations. 

You Will

  • Assist with employee onboarding and CPE administration
  • Coordinate training for new hires and existing team members
  • Provide resource coordination services for the OASPG
  • Provide client onboarding services for the OASPG
  • Oversee project initiatives and assist with projects as needed
  • Process client deliverables as needed
  • Provide technology support as needed
  • Be cross trained as back-up for the OASPG Accounting Assistant

You Have

  • Associates degree or working on a Bachelor’s degree
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong technology skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to stay ahead of projects and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-based, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation Details

The salaray for this role is $65,000-$75,000 per year. This rate range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final rate may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary for the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
