Overview

BerryDunn is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Department. This position offers the opportunity to work within a team of dedicated professionals committed to the successful delivery of internal firm projects, programs, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in driving innovation, managing digital transformations, and overseeing program management activities. The position requires a strategic mindset, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex projects across multiple divisions. As a key contributor, this individual will provide direction for major initiatives, promote continuous innovation, and support transformative change throughout BerryDunn. You will report to the Director of Enterprise Project Management. This position can be located in our Portland, ME; Bangor, ME; Manchester, NH; or Waltham, MA offices.

You Will

  • Serve as an internal champion for innovation, digital transformation, process improvement, data governance, and advanced technologies such as machine learning, process automation, and generative AI.
  • Lead and manage enterprise-level projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee innovation and AI projects, coordinating efforts across multiple departments to achieve successful and efficient outcomes.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to facilitate change.
  • Develop and implement program management frameworks and methodologies to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, managing project challenges proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Communicate with project sponsors, project teams, and EPM Director on status of projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on innovation, data governance, or digital transformations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise projects.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar are highly desirable.

Compensation Details

The base salary range targeted for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
