Are you a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? BerryDunn is seeking an organized, proactive, and motivated Proposal Coordinator to support our growing Business Development team. In this role, you will collaborate with highly driven proposal writers as they manage several proposal deadlines—all with the goal of driving the firm’s success. You will also support other team members and initiatives across the Department as opportunities arise.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented and organized, as well as adaptable and resourceful—someone who can confidently navigate structured processes while embracing opportunities to innovate and share fresh ideas. In this role, you will manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professional poise, communicate clearly and effectively, and continually seek feedback to improve work quality and efficiency.
This is more than just a support role—it’s a chance to contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team, grow your skills, and make a real impact. This position reports to the Business Development Senior Manager and can be based in our Portland, ME office, another BerryDunn location, or remotely in select cases.
If you’re curious, driven, and ready to join a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
