BerryDunn is seeking a skilled Enterprise Program Manager to become a leader in our Medicaid Practice Group (MPG) Research & Development team. This position offers the opportunity to work in an established and growing national consulting practice group while maintaining a start-up mindset focused on bringing innovative solutions to the consulting team. The preferred candidate will have a solid consulting background (Medicaid or HHS preferred) with a project and program focus. This role will be responsible for driving innovations through their lifecycle in collaboration with all of the pieces of the practice group.
The R&D Program Manager is the operational engine of the department, ensuring that innovation efforts are well-managed, outcomes are delivered, and strategic goals are met. They create and maintain the systems that allow creative work to flourish within a structured environment, from portfolio tracking to stakeholder communication.
This role requires an individual who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and can effectively bridge the gap between strategic ambition and day-to-day execution. They are a facilitator, planner, and problem-solver who enables the team to move quickly while staying aligned with the broader goals of the practice group. A strong user-centered mindset helps them advocate for experience quality throughout the innovation lifecycle.
The base salary range targeted for this role is $110,000 - $120,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
