Overview

BerryDunn is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Sales and Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their Salesforce career who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

You’ll work under the guidance of the Salesforce Team Manager and alongside our experienced Salesforce Administrator and Project Coordinator to support the firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensure it aligns with our business goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience (or equivalent) in Salesforce administration, business analysis, or project coordination to learn and grow their Salesforce skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. Certification is preferred, and candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply. 

As a Junior Administrator, you’ll gain hands-on experience with Salesforce and related tools while contributing to key initiatives such as data hygiene, reporting using Tableau or Power BI, lead management rollout, and integrations with platforms like FormAssembly, Cvent, and TaskRay. You’ll also help streamline processes and improve the end-user experience across the firm. This position can sit remotely or in one of our offices. 

You Will

  • Support and maintain a Salesforce environment with 200+ users 
  • Assist in executing 2025–2026 strategic initiatives, including: 
    • Improving data hygiene and governance practices 
    • Supporting specialized reporting using Tableau or Power BI 
    • Assisting with the rollout and reporting of lead management processes 
    • Helping integrate tools such as FormAssembly, Cvent, and TaskRay 
  • Collaborate closely across our Sales and Marketing Team 
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues 
  • Build and customize reports and dashboards to support business insights. 
  • Contribute to user training, documentation, and onboarding efforts 
  • Streamline business processes and promote user adoption of Salesforce features 

You Have

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Salesforce-related role or equivalent experience 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred) or actively pursuing certification 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  • Exposure to Salesforce integrations and reporting tools 
  • Relevant industry and professional services experience preferred  
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions. 
  • Strong focus on data accuracy and process consistency. 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment 

Compensation Details

The base salary range targeted for this role is $60,000 - $72,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
