The ATAT Applications Specialist works within our Assurance, Tax & Advisory Team (ATAT) Services Support Team and will interact with staff of all levels across all Practice Groups within ATAT and IT/Operations. An IT or software background is not required for this role. We welcome candidates from administrative or paraprofessional backgrounds who have a passion for technology and enjoy solving problems. This role requires a self-starter and a team player with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills. The role will actively oversee software administration and support for ATAT’s software needs and integration with associated systems and software, as well as developing and/or maintaining appropriate documentation related to these processes. The ideal candidate may also identify ideas for continual improvement to these related work processes and make suggestions to their supervisor. Eventually, the candidate will be proficient enough to demonstrate basic navigation skills within the software to new hires. This position will be based out of one of the following offices: Portland, ME - Waltham, MA - Bangor, ME - Manchester, NH.
Travel Expectations: May require periodic travel to Firm office locations and pertinent learning events and conventions.
The hourly rate for this role is $30-$33 per hour. This rate range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final rate may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The hourly rate for the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
