Overview

BerryDunn is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our Consulting Team (CT) in creating visually compelling client deliverables. This role will serve as the primary resource for graphic design tasks, providing vital support to various consulting practice groups. Responsibilities include designing client reports, infographics, handouts, PDF/template forms, PowerPoint presentations, and banners for Social Pinpoint. While the focus is on client work, this position typically does not involve direct client interaction. Success in this dynamic role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, the capacity to meet or exceed deadlines, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The selected candidate will report to the Director of Consulting Services Support (CSS).  A hybrid work schedule at one of our offices is preferred, but this position can be fully remote for the right candidate.

You Will

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for client reports, infographics, handouts, PDF/template forms, PowerPoint presentations, and banners for Social Pinpoint.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Provide self-review of your work and not require creative direction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Take ownership of design projects from start to finish to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and maintain an automated submission form of all work assigned.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
  • Develop and maintain a library of design assets and templates for use in client projects and to aid in additional work.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions during project brainstorming sessions.
  • Review and proofread design materials to ensure accuracy and quality before final delivery.
  • Participate in regular design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design work.
  • Maintain a billable hours work budget.

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including reports, infographics, presentations, and digital content.
  • Advanced typography skills and layout experience.
  • Ability to distill complex information into visually appealing infographics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Mastery of personal time management to balance project workloads, deadlines, and the regular communication of both.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret and execute design briefs effectively.

Compensation Details

The base salary range targeted for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
