BerryDunn is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with full cycle recruiting experience to join our Talent Acquisition Team. You will join a core team tasked with placement of experienced staff and early career hires. Your talent seeking skills should include sourcing, networking, lead development as well as the selection and assessment process. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this position can be in one of our offices or a hybrid schedule from home and one of our offices.
Use a variety of sourcing strategies to identify top talent with the right combination of skills, knowledge and experience to add value to our firm.
• Drive best practices and collaborate with Hiring Managers to drive recruiting strategy in sourcing experienced level talent.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle and maintain records and documentation in our applicant tracking/recruitment system.
• Participate in, understand, and communicate firm footprint, strategy, culture, and learning opportunities.
• Network with relevant universities and professional organizations to build long-term partnerships as a source of talent.
• Contribute to building positive brand recognition in the local community by attending career fairs and professional networking events on behalf of BerryDunn.
• Coach and guide practice groups in conducting on-campus and in-office interviews.
• Research and identify recruiting trends and best practices.
• Keep up to date on competitor firm market intelligence and advise management accordingly.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and a minimum 5+ years of related recruiting experience.
• Previous experience recruiting for roles within a professional services firm including accounting and auditing professionals.
• Consultative approach with clients, demonstrating strong communication skills and a proven ability to influence others and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Passion for matching high-quality candidates to the environment while delivering the optimal candidate experience.
• A proven track record of successful recruiting techniques, assessments, and hiring best practices.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience managing full cycle recruiting for a variety of positions with a high degree of organization and efficiency.
• Tech savvy to deploy innovative approaches to attract top talent, grounded in a strong knowledge base of current federal/state employment regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
The base salary range targeted for this role is $90,000 - $105,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
