Our State Government Practice Group (SGPG) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementer Deputy Project Manager to assist our Project Director and Project Manager across the the Human Resources (HR) and Financial (FIN) workstreams on behalf of one of our state government client in the State of Nevada. You should have experience managing teams and efforts to implement large-scale ERP solutions. The candidate filling this position must be located in or willing to relocate to (or within daily commuting distance of) Carson City, Nevada and is expected to work on-site at the client location 100% of the time. For the right candidate, traveling to Carson City, Nevada 50% of the time may be acceptable—however, being within commuting distance of) Carson City, Nevada is highly preferred.
You will apply your knowledge and experience to support our state government client in implementing its chosen ERP system through helping to support and direct the HR/FIN workstream teams comprised of state agency, as directed/delegated by our Project Director and/or Project Manager. This will require providing advice and guidance to our state government client, working in collaboration with the ERP system integrator (SI) vendor. You will bring a mix of expert-level project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership and teamwork capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Travel expectation: Approximately 50% travel to client sites is anticipated to support future engagements/projects (once the above-described project ends).

The base salary range targeted for this role is $105,000–$125,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
