For the Information Technology Service Desk Internship at BerryDunn, you will have the opportunity to assist employees in various IT Department areas. You will receive close supervision, coaching, and guidance from your supervisor, Manager, or the Project Manager in charge of your projects.
During your internship, you will receive comprehensive training in both technical and soft skills, teamwork, and the firm’s systems, operations, and relationships. We expect you to be flexible, seek advice, and show a strong desire to learn.
Your training will include working with ITSM systems, hardware, software, ITIL & Project Management processes and various technologies and software including Microsoft 365.

The base salary range targeted for this role is $18 - $21 / hour. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
