Our Consulting Team is seeking a Senior Consultant/ Medicaid Eligibility Process Improvement Solutions Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Medicaid Practice Group to work on a State of Hawaii engagement. As part of our consulting team focused on state Medicaid agency clients, you will leverage problem-solving skills and develop project management skills to help Medicaid agencies improve the health and lives of individuals. You will be the success partner for Medicaid agencies in building healthier communities and stronger futures.
You can be located remotely, anywhere in the United States, or can be located in any one of our physical offices. The preferred working location would be on the West Coast. Working Hawaii Standard Time (HST) is a requirement at least 50% of your working day. Your initial focus will be helping with strategic planning related to health technology, workflow improvement, policy analysis and system optimization, and business process improvement for our Hawaii client. You will report to and partner with senior management in our Medicaid team both for client work and career development. With a growth mindset, you will drive your development with the support of a learning and development culture.
Time Zone: You will be committed to working Hawaii Standard Time on most occasions.
Travel Expectations: We anticipate that up to 50% of travel to client sites will be needed to support projects.

The base salary range targeted for this role is $95,000 - $135,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
