BerryDunn is seeking a Senior Consultant in Organizational Development (OD) to join our State Government Practice Group (SGPG) which comprises Practices that serve different areas within State Governments. You will operate in two primary capacities:
- As an OD Trusted Advisor to Clients: Partner within diverse project teams by providing OD services that include and are not limited to organizational change management, strategic planning, organizational analysis, executive and leader development, and workforce development for our state government clients.
- As a Staff Development Support Coordinator: Focus to help enhance and sustain staff development of the expanding SGPG team including capacity and skill in consulting and delivering OD services
You will report to the SGPG Organizational Development Manager (SGPG OD Manager) who similarly provides OD consulting services to SGPG clients and helps support staff development including capacity building related to OD. SGPG’s leadership team comprises Principals who oversee teams that provide consulting support; The Principals thoughtfully developed the priority and approach to support OD Services within SGPG. This position can be remote (anywhere in the country) or be in proximity to any one of our office locations nationally.
Travel Expectations: A willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

The Administrative Assistant will organize office communication and activities on a day-to-day basis. This individual’s primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls and visitors while maintaining office common areas and facilitating meetings. Responsibilities within the company will be added to this entry level position with continued experience and growth. Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a very busy office. BerryDunn is seeking an Entry Level Consultant to join BerryDunn’s Medicaid Practice Group. As an Entry Level Consultant at BerryDunn, you will accelerate your professional and personal growth through learning and collaborating with senior members of our Medicaid Practice Group. You will learn to provide services to state Medicaid agencies throughout the country in the design, development, financing, implementation, and evaluation of their Medicaid programs.
This position will support client work for a State Health and Human Services (HHS) agency that has requested support and implementation services for various training functions, including but not limited to, training oversight and implementation of a Training Plan, continued JSD training, and support functions, system operational release training support, continued team building and leadership training, and communication management support.
The Training Analyst will be focused on developing modules concentrated on business process improvement, Public Health Emergency (PHE) unwinding, and updated standard operating procedures and policies.
Travel Expectations: Travel to client sites can reach up to 50% in a year.

BerryDunn is seeking a per diem Credentialing/Enrollment Specialist to join our Healthcare Compliance and Credentialing Practice Area. Under the supervision of the Credentialing leadership team, the per diem Credentialing/Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of credentialing/re-credentialing providers, including, but not limited to, verification of application/documents, submission of requests for consideration, initial and revalidation applications, approval, denial, termination letters, primary source verification (PSV) activities, and accurately loading provider information into the Credentialing database. The Credentialing Specialist works closely with the Credentialing leadership on servicing the client needs and meeting contractual obligations. The per diem Credentialing/Enrollment Specialist will need to be available to provide support to clients and the team during the business day; evening and weekend hours may be requested or required as client and project needs arise. You should have experience supporting teams and efforts to implement IT software/systems. The candidate filling this position must be located in or willing to relocate to (or within daily commuting distance of) Carson City, Nevada and is expected to work on-site at the client location 100% of the time.
You will apply your knowledge and experience to support our state government client in implementing its chosen ERP system through supporting the project team comprised of state agency and BerryDunn staff. This will require providing as needed support to the state agency and BerryDunn team and working in collaboration with the ERP system integrator (SI) vendor.
